All Town & Country models are well-equipped, and this base model comes standard with second row captain chairs, fog lamps, a power driver's seat, heated mirrors, full power accessories, trip computer and cruise control. Safety features include four-wheel ABS and front airbags. Child safety seats are available as an option.

The LXi is the second of three Town & Country trim levels, available with both FWD and AWD. This front wheel drive model is powered by the 3.3 liter engine; a Flex Fuel OHV V-6 which makes 158 horsepower.
The LXi comes standard will all the LX features, like full power accessories, cruise control, heated mirrors, a power driver's seat and first and second row captain chairs. Lxi upgrades include 16-inch wheels, keyless entry, a leather-trimmed steering wheel and an Infinity audio system. Safety features include ABS and driver and passenger front airbags.

The equipment list is unchanged with respect to convenience items. Full power accessories, heated mirrors, cruise control, a power driver's seat, fog lamps and first and second row captain's chairs all come standard. LXi upgrades (verses the base LX) include an Infinity audio system, keyless entry, larger wheels and a leather-trimmed steering wheel.

The Limited trim offers the most upscale finish for Chrysler's popular Town & Country minivan. This is the only front-wheel drive model to be powered by the 3.8 liter V-6, and to include the self-leveling suspension system.
The Limited is set apart from the well-equipped LX and LXi models by several additional luxury and appearance enhancements. Added features include heated front seats, leather upholstery, rear climate control, anti-theft system, an Infinity CD audio system, automatic headlights, a memory function for the power driver's seat, a power front passenger seat and steering wheel audio controls. Rear view and side mirrors are now electro-chromatic. Traction control has been added to the list of standard safety equipment.
The exterior is easily distinguishable from the lower trims, due to the addition of a roof rack and chrome wheels.

The Limited AWD is the top shelf Town & Country model. Aside from the addition of the AWD drive train, this model is identical to the Limited FWD. Both are powered by the 3.8 OHV V-6, ride on the self-leveling suspension system, and include ABS with traction control.
Exclusive Limited interior features include leather upholstery, a CD player, power front passenger seat, heated front heats, rear climate control, steering wheel audio controls and a memory function for the driver's seat. Outside, the Limited adds chrome wheels, a roof rack, automatic headlights and electro-chromatic mirrors. A video (VCR) entertainment system is optional on this trim.
