2000 Chrysler 300M STD Review
ProsVery big roomy car, handles very well. This car has way too many options (power, heated mirrors and seats, cd/cassette, power moonroof, leather, auto-stick, etc). ConsSun reflects off the dash in my 300m and hits the windshield, which can make a glare on the windshield. Speakers are crazy to replace (center dash speaker requires removal of dash and column pillars). Rather small side mirrors. Bad placement of battery. Headlight replacement is also very involved.

Solid Car But A Little Expensive On Repairs — This is a great, solid car however what I have found is that repairs are just crazy! To replace the headlight bulb, you have to unscrew the assembly from within the fender with a long screwdriver and then remove the entire assembly and replace the bulbs. The battery is located in the right front fender, which makes checking your battery crazy! The repairs usually cost more on this vehicle because everything is located in odd positions and require a ton of time to get to the actual part being replaced. Regardless of the negatives, this car is a very solid driver. Mine currently has 190k miles on it and drives wonderful! Primary Use: Commuting to work

My Chrysler 300m Review — What I like: Performance- Awesome acceleration, handling, and a luxurious, but sporty suspension. Apperance- Great Leather and wood interior,, very comfortable, looks sleek and modern on the outside, and doesn't look like any other car on the road. Gas Mileage- EPA 16/24, but I'll usually get 32-35 on the highway. Fun Factor- This car is an absolute BLAST to drive! Features- 3.5L V6 Fuel Injection Engine, Traction Control, Leather interior, Power Driver and Passenger seats, Heated Driver and Passenger seats, Infiniti Sound System Primary Use: Family transportation | ||

Sweet Car. — Amazing car. Good acceleration for the amount it weighs. Interior is superb, very comfortable. Handles extremely well. Barely any maintenance. Braking is mediocre. Gas mileage is pretty bad - 11.4 L/100km during the winter. Overall, good car. Small engine squeak, shocks make a pop noise etc. | ||

This Car Rocks!!!!! — The performance of the car is excellent, fast and luxurious at the same time. I had to replace speakers and the a/c compressor. The appearance is very very very nice. Leather interior with wood grain trim. The color is white, has a few dings. The gas mileage is very good for the size of the car. This car is fun to drive, ask anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!! | ||

Acceptable Car — I like that the car is comfortable , very spacious and runs smoothly. What I don't like is that something is always malfunctioning because it is high maintenance because of the all electrical interior. Although it is a good family car , I'm not sure if it is recommended for long trips. | ||

Dependable, Good Looking Car. — This is a fun car to have. I used to drive a minivan, so you can imagine what a change that is. Really wish I had that Trans AM in the background. But its fast, the acceleration is unexpected. It needs some work, mostly in suspension, but that will be fixed during this summer. Other than a few bugs, this is a nice car, and I hope to get it in full operational order very soon. I plan to have it for a few years. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

2000 Chrysler 300m — Fast car, great pick up. Big engine, big car in general! Car is fully loaded from bumper to bumper and it's standard. Looks great with a spoiler. Tire can be pricey when you need to replace them. Gas mileage is in the low 20's. Great stock Infinity system with 8 speakers. Handling is amazing, turns are right on and very easy to take helps that its a heavier and wider car. Primary Use: Commuting to work | ||

Decent Car For The Money, Has Most Bells And Whistles You Can Ask For — Besides being a American car this was a great auto.. I loved all the toots, trip guide, homelink, heated seats, interior, mileage, all in all a pretty good car. I had in the shop a few too many times for the age of the car. Tranny was weak, had problems, brakes too. |
