ProsPower, style, build qulity, everything!!! Consnothing!!!

97 Infiniti I30 — I love my Infiniti I30, from it's unique styling to it's well known and legendary VQ engine. The I30 is based on the Nissan Maxima, which both are almost the same except for the styling of the car. From the fine leather, that after 11 years still has no wear at all, to the Bose streao system, which i might say is like having a theater system in your car! This car has everything u want and nothing you don't! The VQ engine is a beast with enough power and torque to satisfy even the heaviest of lead foots! With a whopping 220 horsepower or so, this V6 24 valve VQ engine can be pretty scary at some times, but none the less very fun to drive! Overall the Infiniti I30 is a very stylish well built, dependable low cost matenaince vehicle.

ProsIts still running ConsMy ghetto riggingness of the sound system (my fault)

The Bottom Line Is Its A Long Lasting Car — Has 230,000 miles on it and still puts you back in your seat. Its pretty good at acceleration about 8 seconds beat a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500, 2002 Honda Accord, several ricers and a 1997 Mercades V8 in several red light races. I installed a cold air intake as well as a Tornado. Primary Use: Commuting to work

ProsCabin is quiet and luxurious, 200w 6 speaker Bose is great, classic Japanese sport exterior styling... ConsShould have come stock with 265hp instead of 190hp and 18" wheels instead of 15"...

The First Japanese Entry Level Luxury Sports Sedan. — This vehicle was purchased used for about $6k with 60k miles on it. 5 years down the road I must say I have replaced much more on this vehicle than I originally expected. The good news it that it is based on the Nissan Maxima platform so it has plentiful aftermarket support. I had never heard of this car prior to considering it for purchase. You most often see distinguished older gentlemen driving this car. Its a bit underpowered stock, so I spent a good chunk of change trying to boost its power output only to realize that that money would have been best spent to swap in a 2004 Maxima engine with 265hp. This may very well still be in this car's future. Primary Use: Commuting to work
