It Is A Joy To Own Just Be Ready To Fix It. — I love the vr6 engine, It sounds incredible when a t full throttle. I love the community that supports volkswagens, I have made many friends because i own a volkswagen.I did not like the build quality and the rust problems, butthis gives me more time with the car. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

ProsWas very fast, and had a lot of get up and go! very fun to drive too. Conshad a security issue and blinkers blinked until 5 minutes after the key was shut off, oil pressure sending unit was out and caused it to beep thinking the oil pressure was very low, and did not have a title and was crushed after a year of running around, i found a school truck.

1995 Volkswagen Gti Vr6 — This car was super fast, and very easy to drive. i had a blast driving it, and wouldnt turn down a chance to own another one. the only thing i do not like about these cars, is that they cost a lot to fix. it had a few flaws, but it was a fun car to drive. |

Great Car And A Great Value. — What VW Missed on in earlier models they revised and fixed in this model, The VR6 engine helped this chassis tremendously! Handling was much better as well through these model years, Excellent platform for anything from daily commutes to auto-x and track time. Primary Use: Commuting to work |

Drink The Koolaid — its a rust bucket. but just did all engine work this summer so she runs hard thats what matters. has cool electronic stuff, auto down windows, heated seats, tilt, and slide back sunroof, 11.3 in stock brakes (remember this is a 1995 and thats stock.)
