Have new exhaust, starter motor, wiper motor, brake calipers, some steering components and so on. In France we have to pay the scrappy to take our cars, so whatever I can save ...

Can't find relay
In a 1995 Chevy Astro van, there is an odd shaped hole that is put there at the factory. No indication of what this hole is there for. It is on the passenger side at the rear end of the sliding side door track. Does anyone know what this hole is cut in there for ?
I have a 95 chevy astro. Im getting no fuel to the motor no pressure. Ive replaced the fuel filter and pump but not the socket. If I put gas in the intake it will fire right up so i knoe I'm getting spark. What could be causing it to not have any pressure and fuel to motor?
