Awesome Performance! — Performance- Excellent. I have driven faster cars, but this car is very fast. Build quality- Not that great, but it is good for an American car. Lots of plastic, and some parts are falling off, but its not too bad. Appearance- I like the exterior, it has a nice "long hood, short deck" look to it. I dont care for the flip up headlights though. Cost of Ownership- Excellent! Car gets about 27mpg on average and parts are easy to find and not too expensive. Fun factor- Awesome! Car handles very well and has a good balance to it. Wide tyres put power down very well. Let me take you for a ride. You'll understand. ;)

ProsI love the body style of the C4 Corvette. Red is for vettes. ConsIts a little hard to get out of when you are 6'1" like I am. But you have to give a little to enjoy such a super american sports car.

Good Power And Fun To Drive. Should Be Smaller And Better Quality To Be World Class. — At the time, an incredibly powerful car. The Z07 package had the ZR-1 suspension and brakes without the additional weight and power. Excellent car for daily driving and weekend competition. Could get as much as 31 mpg on freeway driving. Original Z07 brakes are weak. Put 6 piston Wilwood brakes on front and moved the front brakes to the back for better stopping power. | ||

A Fun Car To Drive With Lots Of Extras, Mainly The Bose Sound System. — The car has close to 500 HP, handles like a slot car and has an awesome sound system. It is almost like a toy. It is a Quasar Metallic Blue with a black leather interior. It has every option available. Gas mileage, if you keep it on cruise in sixth gear is over 33 MPG. My biggest complaint is about the cup holders. You can't shift into reverse without knocking over the cups. It can be expensive to own but worth every penny. | ||

The Original King Of The Hill Fails To Disappoint. — There are C4 Corvettes, and then there are ZR1s. Out of the 6000+ ZR1s, fewer than 1500 were built in the final three years of production with the 405hp LT5. Out of these, only the first 230 cars for 1993 still had the high torque transmission. This is #82, an Arctic White example with light gray leather, one of just 11 for the model year. It's far more car than we have roads for in the US, but the occasional outburst keeps it healthy. | ||

1993 Corvette Automatic — I reviewed my other 1993 6spd last year and I just bought another one. Same car Black on Black except it is an automatic. Car rides better than my 6spd, then again it does not have the Z07 package. Fit and finish is still good for a 15 year old car. Runs geat handles well. Interior is excellent for a car with 71K on it. Does have a few issues, nothing serious. | ||
