Pros

its a ford its a, 4x4, its 5sp

Cons

not the greatest on gas

75

Love It — its just an old truck that is a work horse and is used for the things a truck is made to do. a testament to fords ability to build a product good enough that it is still being used and is still dependable after 21 years of service.

Primary Use: Utility (towing boats, transporting cargo, etc.)

Pros

its nice

Cons

gas mileage

$1500 — its pretty snappy for a stock 5.0L, it has the typical ford rust on the rear fender(but it is very minimal), other than that a few dents and scratches its perfect. gas mileage is typical of a larger truck but is ok on the highway, and i love drving it, but i just wish it had a little more power.

Pros

it is a good sized truck! it's hauls a bit, and it's roomy!

Cons

it kinda eats gasoline, aint a drift car, and caint go as fast as a great muscle car!

Good For Good Ol' Boys Who Need A Haul And Pull A Little, Not As Well For Farmers & City Slickers! — It is a ford, it has a manual transmission, it accelerates and brakes alright, but handling, don't try to drift it! maintainance is very little, but gas is a different story, It's an alright truck to drive, not like a muscle car!

Ford F-150 4x4 — Runs good most of the time. can feel everybumb on the road. steering sloppy but so is every ford truck goes thro mud good and can still burn 33's on dry pavement. good ford truck for less money than you would think.

This Truck Is A Tank And Will Not Let You Down, No Matter What You Put It Through — My truck has the 302 in it, plus its stick, so its amazing taking off the line. It is 20 years old, so it has several leaks, but as long as you stay on top of it, its all good. I love driving it. Its pretty beast and can pull out trucks that are twice its size. Gas mileage is obviously the biggest disadvantage. The only other one is the locking hubs having to be manually turned, but I can live with that.

Pros

tough as hell

Cons

sucked back the fuel

90 F150 — performance-held its own, not fast but it would beet a sunfire, brakes worked good and it would haul a trailer much bigger than it should have. and for an old truck it went though the corners alright build quality- i could not kill this truck...i tried appearance-tipical ford rust, showed up bad on white, was an ugly truck but it did what it needsed to cost of owner ship- it sucked back the fuel and needed next to no repaires i owned it 3 years and but tirees on it and beat the hell out of it. fun factor- it wasnt really fun to drive on the road but for a 2wd it was awsome off road

Overall I Like It — big old tank. runs good. had to do some rewiring. overall a good old truck. drives straight down the highway and has hauled everything i have thrown at it so far. blast to go play down dirt roads in. have yet to get it stuck.

Excellent truck, the second one I've owned. It has never given me any problems what so ever. It is really easy to work on. Really reliable.

Cons

Not really that great on gas.

Great Truck — I love my truck, it's really reliable. Has no problem towing a trailer with a heavy load, I tow cars with mine all the time. It's not super huge, which is a plus, it's a regular cab, short wheel base. It does the job for what I need it for. The thing I don't like is the fuel economy. It gets 15 MPG, which is ok, I guess for a 22 year old truck.

I loved four wheeling in this truck because it would go anywhere.

Cons

I hated that I sold it because it was tore up.

I Wish I Would Have Kept The Truck Nice To Still Have It. — It had hard core acceleration, horrible braking, and horrible handling. It was show room when I got it. After it came off the mtn it needed a welded frame, a new tire, new lifters, and sway arms. The interior was nice until I stripped it all and made it a mtn truck. It had a great exterior until I took it up the mtn and hit every tree possible. The gas mileage was ok. I loved taking this truck four wheeling. It ran like a hoss.

Get One That Is 5.0 5 Speed And 4x4 And You Have Th Perfict Car — i do not like the short bed ,but it has a 5.0 paired with a 5 speed, but when i get done with it it will be hell on wheels.the gas millage is not the best ,but the fuel injection and manule trans helps
