Great Car For The Money — Great ,fun car.Performs well, feels tight, Up to 30 mpg on the hwy,average 23 in town.Bose stereo sux. Headlights are tempermental.Inf Rest light always seemsto be an issue with this model.For under 10k,its great.Fun car to drive with the 6 speed. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Great Handling, Torquey, Sexy Car. — The acceleration and braking are still pretty good for today's standards. Handling is easily as good as today. Build quality is fine, but a few squeaks over bumps. More related to design than build. Appearance is awesome. Relatively cheap to own, gas is great on the highway. And plenty fun to drive. | ||

Corvette Zr-1, Heavily Modified — It rocks! Loud, fast, stinks of exhaust, what isn't to like? This car has a 415 cid motor with big valves and long duration cams, studded bottom end, port/polish of heads, siamese of plenum, headers, wide open exhaust! Interior is stock, exterior sports lowered suspension with coil over shocks, 49th street rocker panels. Car is red, interior is saddle. | ||

Little Red Corvette — Love my car!... HATE her previous owner. She used to drive really well but the idiot before me tried to put BOSCH quad tip platinum spark plugs in her and stripped out the #8 cylinder, which caused metal to get between the piston and cylinder and so now a rebuild is required! Other than that the car is perfect!!! Gas mileage is about 26/gal. on the highway. Paid 8 Grand for her 2 years ago. | ||

1990 Corvette Zr-1 — I owned a 1984 Cross Fire Corvette at the time and I switched over to this one darn near the same body but the drive and the power difference blew me away I will keep this car for as long as I live. I remeber seeing this car in the magizines and once in a very moment to see on the road. One might say its just a Corvette and I will tell you no. Its a ZR-1 | ||

Looks Good, Thats About It. — I had to drive one of these to a customer of the dealership i worked at. I swapped this and drove his rental car back, a cobalt. I had more fun in the cobalt then the vette. Poor vette was an auto, old, and needed more work. I know C4's got faster into the 90's but most of them with tuned port 350s were dogs. | ||

Just Bought It Like It So Far — Just bought it last month. The horn didnt work, and when I had it repaired, now the air bag, and seat belt light stays on when you start it. They say it does not have the original air bag, and diagnotic codes in the service manual wont work in the DERM, also GM no longer has the codes for this old of model only 96 and newer, so can anyone help as to where copies of the codes for this model can be found, no one seems to know.
