ProsThis truck is one powerful machine. I've pulled with her very little (for odvious reasons). On a dead standstill she walked away from my wives 97 FORD 7.3 diesel turbo. She had a 5360 lb balier on her trailor behind her 4x4. I had a 7080 lb machine on my trailor , my gas guselling Toy with her 360 and a C-6 trans made me proud that day!! She also has 1 huge cab. Rides 3 men in front no problem. Her 97 and my 99 4x4 Fords, kinda snug. Cons7 Mpg. She needs 40 acres to turn around. Rides ruff !! Her 2wd posie gets stuck alot.

All Work Truck, No Doubt. 100% American Made ! — She was a new breed in truck when she was built. The back seat was another one of Fords firsts. Even though the 1976 Super Cab wasn't well recieved at first ( tale end of " Oil Crises"), she finaly grew in poperlarity . So to me, she is more than a low milage (84,000), bondo free old work truck, she is a part of Fords history. A truck just like her (different color) was also the first truck I bought as a young man working for dad's construction company. Of course he had to co-sighn. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Ford Crappy Truck — bad gas milage, nice suspension for sperlunking through the hills loaded down with camp equipment. pulled a trailer well. never went more than 60 mph, ever. while it was nice to have a truck, i wouldnt get another full size unless it was a classic 50's or so. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Ford's Rule Others Drool — The best truck I've ever owned. It will pull a house of its foundation and the around the block. Ford's rule others drool. Best truck for 4x4ing. Lots of power and still semi easy on gas. I have lifted it a bit and put a set of older 36 inch Micky T super swampers on for the mean time. |
