Pros

very solid car, only minor body work will be needed, and it is running extremely strong. for being 41 years old, its still a sexy beast!!

Cons

the wheels!! and the old and even for the time out dated suspension.  I will be completely modifying it later.  power pump isn't in the best of shape, and the AC doesn't work
needs more power to (SUPERCHARGER BABY!!)

Diamond In The Rough — well, i am reviewing my own car. i bought this car in November of 2007. It has always until now been a California car. It has a partially (95%) restored interior, and the body is also in excellent shape. A small banged up spot on the left quarter, and on the door body lines. Two very small rust holes on each door. That is all for rust, other some minor surface rust.

A Classic That Is Appreciating In Value. — I love these cars. it's slow, rides rough and is not really a safe car but who cares.

My Very First Car — I bought this used in 1971 for 150.00. It is long gone but I still loved it. I had big colorful flower power decals all over the rag top.

Great Car. — For how long I've had it this car has been great. I've had a few problems with it but they were very minor. Also a great project car.

Pros

drop top, good looking, power, easy to work on, dependable despite its age

Cons

exhaust came in car, hydraulic lift for top regularly blew its line and fluid all
over the car, not the tightest bit of steering you'll ever find

Helped Make Me A Popular Kid In High School — fun car. Great as one of my first cars in high school. Relatively depending despite 20 years of prior fun. Big engine, questionable steering and brakes

Pros

Fast and accelerates very well

Cons

GAS 8 miles per gallon

Too Fast For You — 67 fastback. used to have a 289 Hi PO but that got riped out and replaces with a 351 Cleveland and a 4 speed. The rear end is 9" with either 4:11 or 3:91 gears. In 4th gear it threw me back in the seat when i steeped on it. My dad and i restored it. There are still a few blemishes but over all it's a sweet car.

Pros

Better quality parts than newer cars, unlimited potential for mods, great acceleration

Cons

less safety, stock brakes are not fantastic

Dream Car — My first car, the V8 is a lot of fun, great to take to shows or just crusing. Love the retro feel of it, everyone recognises it, constantly mobbed by people wanting to know about it
