My Favorite Car Ever! — Although this pic is not my car (mine was Indian Turquoise), my Bug (not Beetle folks!) was the best car I've ever owned. They are good on gas, easy to maintain, and cheap to fix.

Awesome Car! — Cheap and easy to fix up. A fun toy for what it cost me. Needs disc brakes in the front tho and performance would be a lot better. Lasted 40 years, hoping for 40 more. I love this little car! Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

The Dream Vehicle — This is the best of the "original" Volkswagens before requirements and regulations ruined the "Peoples' Car." There is just no experience of "oneness" with your car in sound, feel and emotion. Obviously it is the car for the sixties generation to own and drive .... simply for fun and the love of it! Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Wonderful Car — that s a volkswagen buggy which was made on the platform of a 1964 beetle... it has a gd acceleration beacuase of it s light body and gives also a gd performance!!! handling and braking is a little bit terrible cz it s so light!!! gas is gd and maitenance for engine is pretty easy but for the body is hard cz the body is rare !!! it s a really gd looking car cz u don t c it everyday and it s colour makes it more fun to drive!!! we have many projects to do on this car to make it look amazing and i ll always update u !!! thank u all Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Classic Vw's Rule!!! — Fun car to drive, great on gas, gets attention everywhere I go, kids instantly start playing "slug buggy" and at some point everyone has either owned one or knows someone who has owned one and has fond memories of it. Great All Around Car And Classic. — The VW beetle is the quintessential economy car of the 60's and 70's. They didn't come with a lot of power but handled like a sports car and are easy to fix. With so many still being driven around, and so many aftermarket parts available today it is still an economical though classic car to own. I don't own one at the moment but I always have my eyes open for another. Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.) |

Love It! — The '64 Volkswagen Beetle is not for the person who wants to scream down the hiway, darting through traffic, leaving weaker, less-expensive cars in the dust. The old VW bug is more for the Zen-Taoist driver who likes to feel at one with the car, peacefully enjoying the countryside, winding along a river road to the sound of the perfectly tuned sewing machine engine. If you appreciate old-world craftsmanship, and realize that the journey IS the destination, this wonderful car may be for you. Fun to drive? Oh, yeah. Primary Use: Family transportation |
