A 55 Year Old Classic With Fantastic Lines — The Performance is sedate!! Braking OK('ish) for a 55 year old car having the original drum brakes all round (just have to allow for extra stopping distance...). Build quality excellent...this car is still solid after all these years. Appearance speaks for itself!! The car is extremely fun to drive & you get plenty of thumbs up at the traffic lights/crossings...

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Great Hot Rod — Great 55 Chevy, a true hot rod, and draws a lot of attention. I wish I had this car ten years ago. The car has my name on it, inside of it, and I will never sell it. Too much fun to drive.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Love The 55 Chevys — Great acceleration, smooth ride, solid body, Good two-tone paint, beautiful roomy interior, 10-15 mpg good considering 4 barrel carb, low maintenance, plenty of trunk room, tinted glass, you can actually sit in the engine area to work on this car, FUN TO DRIVE!!!

55' Belair — Absolute joy to drive, I'm only 20, but of all the cars I've had, none compare to this machine. It's packing over 500 horse power in the 400 V8 we dropped in and with 5 speed and curb weight to spare it has no problem putting the rubber to the highway

Hotrod55 — My 454.. the performance in a big block race engine . the ladder bar setup makes the car hook the street. Fun factor - hell ya - beats anything with the clothes on. Still in primer as it should be. Wouldn't paint it for the world...
