I replaced my starter but still wont start also replaced battery

wont start replaced battery and starter still wont start could it be because I
ripped out my viper alarm systyem

Depends on what circuits the Viper was designed to disable when it was installed. You just can’t rip out the system and expect things to be normal, you needed to trace out the circuits involved and redo interrupted systems.
