Why is my keyless entry flashing??

The keyless entry keeps blinking when it is wet or cold outside. A semi temp
remedy is to unlock and to lock again, but it keeps happening and draining the
battery.

I’ve seen this before, usually the keypad gets moisture inside and messes with the resistance readings causing the system to act erratic or it just quits, only fix is to replace the keypad, if you can get one.
