Car goes to safety mode and would not start

Car goes to safety mode and would not start. Then I have to disconnect
negative battery terminal and reconnect after 15 minutes or so, then it will start.

Glitch in the computer systems, probably need a re-flash from the dealer

You should have the codes read for starters , the clerk at auto zoo is not a technician , I'm, also thinking that your batt disconnect method will eventually let you down so you should have it fixed
