How to Unlock Steering Column to Tow on Dolly

Question type: General

Have 2015 Mini Coupe  with push button  
ignition and would like to tow on ACME tow
dolly.  In order to do so have to have steering
column unlocked.  How do I unlock steering
column?

Try pressing start button without pressing brake pedal just to turn ignition switch on but not running the engine.

Thank you. Tried this and did not work - electronic steering lock remained locked
