How does the Mercedes GL 450 with standard suspension ride on rough
roads ( for exp, gravel forest roads)?

Your butt and other people's butts are not calibrated the same. The only way to know how you would like it is to try it in the conditions you drive. If it has big wheels and low profile tires I would not even try it on dirt roads.
