I have a 2002 ford explorer that won't even crank when i turn the key. I have no clue what is wrong and its not the battery.

try and start

hope they load tested it.. well next thing to do is check the solenoid then starter...

I had autozone test it....I checked the starter and soleniod yesterday. I even hit it with a hammer and still wouldn't start up.
