how do I find cars with rebuilt titles

Asked by GuruDWNCTC May 14, 2024 at 02:46 PM about the Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I'd like to look at cars with low mileage that have salvage titles, and be able to
see why. I'm interested in a hyundai santa fe with low miles that maybe has a
salvage title

I think the best source for salvage titled vehicles is CoPart. It's sort of an auction site. But why would you want such a vehicle? And especially a salvaged Korean car, which is probably the worst idea I've ever heard... You might be the most talented mechanic on earth, but even then, I'm perplexed.

East Coast Auto Source sells a lot of salvage and rebuilt vehicles. They advertise here. You might find an older model with a salvage title that's a good vehicle because it wouldn't take much for an insurance company to total it. But a newer model would need extensive damage to total it and become a salvage title vehicle. So I'd proceed with caution! Jim
