That would have to be discussed with the selling Dealer. Cargurus is an advertising site only. Similar to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. I would strongly advise against buying a vehicle sight unseen, especially a used one!! Have the vehicle inspected by a professional inspection company before you decide to buy it!! That way you know exactly what you're buying!! If you bought a car at a distance without actually seeing & driving prior to purchase, you were asking for trouble... Get smarter. Now you're tied to the contract you agreed to with the seller. If you can't get the seller to comply, get an attorney. But I suspect you're really not going to like what he has to tell you. In most states, all car sales, unless specified differently, are considered as-is sales.
