Dealership responded back to me in a timely manner and answer all my questions.
Awesome customer experience and service
their Manager told me I was looking for a “Unicorn” when I told them how much I could afford to pay and the research I made on purchasing a truck. Their sales person Ben Richard was a great sales man though! Oh and by the way i’ve Found my unicorn!!
Very nice group and informative about prices and options. Never pushy but solid about they are there to provide when needed. I was contacted by 3 individuals with 3 separate emails stating the same thing... Musson Patout is here to serve me!
Very prompt in responding and professional. We ended up buying a new car.
Didn't have what I wanted but they were very nice.
Very friendly, unfortunately after I contacted them they sold the car that I was interested in l, and they tried to sell me something else, they showed me a nice car but it wasn't anything that I was looking for.

Very responsive, professional and helpful
AWESOME!!! We still have an open line of
communication until I make up my mind. Mr.
Albert is very courteous!!!!
This car is not available. It is a "bait" car so that they can try to sell you a different car
Only contact was a week and half later to tell me the truck had just been sold.
I wasn't even contacted while the truck was on the lot.
Guy was nice but the truck was overpriced. And they didn't provide many pictures of it. Almost seemed a little sketchy
It was pleasant and there was an exchange of ideas on the purchase. Then we've played phone tag having missed each other several call cycles. But I am assuming that we may have a meeting of the minds on price or not. But we've not had the contact yet on my last offer and whether they would meet it.
I received a follow up the day I requested. The buying process was very smooth & hassle free. My salesman was Da'eon Dugas. I couldn't ask for better. Very thorough in his explanation of the vehicle & it's features.
I was ready to buy truck but dealer
changed price and stated Cargurus made
a mistake then took vehicle off site and
raised price 2 x's on dealer site . Truck
went from 22 to 29 to 32,000. In a couple
hours from my interest.
The vehicle I drove almost 2 hours to
see, the one I had called to check & see
that they still had, had been sold several
days before. Once I got there, I was
shown another of the same type of
vehicle, same make & model, same
color, but $5000 more than the one on
the website & way out of my price range.
The salesman was very nice, but they
just didn't have what I was looking for &
what I had come all that way to see.
returned my phone calls & followed up on any questions I had
2013 VW Jetta. Sales person told me I would have lifetime engine and drive train warranty if I brought from them. When I went to sign papers I signed a 30 day 3,000 mile engine power trian warranty, I asked the finance guy salesman told me about the lifetime warranty, that was not true(WHAT), come to find out since the car was over 75,000 miles that was not true. I asked the salesman what the deal was he lied and told me he didn’t know. Funny he asked me how many miles on vehicle was on it when I was waiting for trade in valve. They took off 300 dollars. Once I drove away the AC was not working. Come to find out the compressor was bad. Their mechanic shop replaced compressor, drier and expansion valve, cost me 700.00 dollars. When I went to pick it up the shop said two tires had to be changed, the used car manager refused to change two tires because they were bad. Come to find out the car didn’t have a lock for wheels so they said no to changing tires. Brought the car to VW dealer to change lugs on tires, so I wouldn’t be struck on road. Stay away from Musson Patout in New Iberia, LA. The dealer repair shop also does not know what they are doing; nobody could give me straight answer. I would not even buy a new vehicle from them. When I went to get my plate tag the dealer was a ghost town, I wonder why!
Had a quick reply and didn't flood me
responded with a prefab email, not specific to question I asked
I contacted them about a car via
email. They sent me a reply with
information on the vehicle. I
called the next day and they told
me the car was no longer
available but couldn't tell me what
happened to the car.
