Some haggling, overall fair deal.

Didn't get the vehicle, but many of the employees in this dealership honestly cared and tried their best to make my experience comfortable and enjoyable. They were truthful and helpful. Would definitely buy a vehicle from here.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealer. Not the same one we were looking at, but similar model, newer year. From initial contact, throughout the whole process, this dealer earned our business.

I did not buy the Buick Encore from them, but Austin the salesperson who I was in contact with was fantastic.

I was contacted the same night I sent the inquiry and made an appointment to see the car the next day. When we got there, we were already approved by our bank for a rate of 2.94% if we wanted the car. They had the car washed and detailed and we took it for a test drive. We ended up letting Courtesy Ford check our credit and they offered us better financing at a rate of 2.50% and we bought the car, which is being driven by my son, who absolutely loves it.

Waiting on a video walk around before actual purchase, made contact to make arrangements, told them I wanted the car but would like to see the video first and then found out they sold it out from under me. Not impressed

Lied and told me they couldn't pre-approve my financing over the phone. I live in Idaho and was traveling to Oregon to buy the car so I wanted to handle everything ahead of time. I called a different dealer in Oregon who pre-approved me and I flew there on a one way ticket and drove the car back. The rep called me on my way home and when I told him I was pre- approved over the phone, he tried to tell me that what he meant was that my rate wouldn't change whether we did it over the phone or in person......RIGHT. We hung up and he called me back and left a voicemail thinking I was a different person and asked if I still wanted to come check out the car....WOW.

The vehicle I wanted to see was listed on their website with pictures and everything but the email I received said they would not be selling that vehicle as it didn't meet their standards. Well it met them enough to put it on thier website and Cargurus. I think that's call bait and switch....

We set up a trip to come down to look over the advertised auto. The Photo used to display the add was white. When we arrived in Portland the vehicle was another color. We left. I called and told them to at least change the picture to not confuse or waste customers time...4 days later still no change. would not recommend purchasing from them until they correct their way of presenting a vehicle for sale.

they had me there 3 hours, sent me home because it was going to take longer. said they would call next day never did. wouldnt return calls. i just finally gave up trying to get a answer from them. courtesy?i dont think so,i will not go to them again. they wasted my time!

In my inquiry I explained I was at work, but would be car shopping the following day... Salesman#1 called me twice that afternoon, so was not very attentive to my inquiry. Salesman#2 used aggressive tactics (hurriedly going through carfax with me, mentioning other interested parties, not allowing me time to think/vape) used in the sale were unnecessary. I was spoken to as if I was ignorant of the car and its worth, that the CarGurus listed price was an accident, prepared to make that and more at auction, etc. Overall I am happy with the purchase, not so much with the "courtesy" of the sales team... Those tactics make me worry there's underlying issues with the vehicle.

The salesman was green, but was nice enough, his manager on the other hand was pushy and thought he knew it all, including what he perceived was my knowledge level and what he thought I wanted to hear w/re autos. Not entirely unexpected, but you wanted my feedback.

Worst people I have ever dealt with!!! I asked them to have my payments at a certain amount and they said they could do it. I was going to be trading in a car that they low balled for a trade in value and tried to tell me my car only kelly blue booked for 2500 when I had just looked and it was way above that, then they treated me like I was stupid. I wasn't going to drive all the way to Portland (a little over and hour drive for me) if they couldn't get my payments to what I wanted so then they told me I needed to come in to do the deal. So I asked what the payments were at and they himmed and hawwed and finally told me and it was $100 over what I had told them...The finance guy (his name was Bryan) was incredibly rude and not willing to work with me, he made one terrible offer then just didn't care to work with me and told me he had been doing this for years and tried to give me an outrageous interest rate, etc. Maybe they just hassled me because I am female, but I would not recommend this dealership, and if you find a car you like that they have, please try to find a similar one somewhere else, I would have given them a negative rating if I could. You know it's really bad when the manager calls you the next day and personally says that what happened was unacceptable!

Negotiated the price for a 2014 Mustang GT Premium over the internet with their internet sales rep....then took the 5 hour drive to finalize the deal. No surprises or additional sales pressures. We were able to choose the fusion of our dreams on Cargus, go the Courtesy, and drive it. Courtesy gave us a Red Carpet for all our needs. Super experience. We bought the car.

They do not give you all the correct information and are very high pressure. They took advantage of a widow who was still grieving for her husband. Will not work with you to correct any injustice.

They used photos that were not the car advertised and they quoted me a trade in price about $2,000 under what Kelly Blue Book quoted.

The sales department were great,walking me thru the use of my new navigation,and paring my phone,things went south on the paperwork end,I tried to get the best for my trade,but in the final paper work they screwed up the miles on my trade by over 20000,it only had 36000.He Corrected and rewrote the paperwork,I asked if I would get more for my trade,he said it would not effect the amount.i should have walked,but didn't.Thats on me,I guess.the second hiccup was on the next day,I found out they lowered the price 1200.00 bucks for the Presidents' Day weekend sale,it was listed on the their own site,as the very car was in my garage.

Our sale was contingent on repairs being done on the vehicle. Sales manager refused to pay for repairs even though we had it in writing. It was resolved but not without going through many managers. Beware.

Appointment and dates with them are meaningless. Was not emailed or called back that car was sold late that night. Drove 50 miles for nothing.
