Concesionarios cercanos (Yakima, WA)

My advice from reading other reviews, along with my short experience, stay away. I had scheduled a test drive, ended up not being able to make it for the test drive. I sent the message to what I'm guessing is a chat bot test message letting them know I wasn't going to be able to make it in. Throughout the day after the scheduled appointment my phone had been blowing up non stop calls from the dealership, I was busy and didn't have time to deal with salesman. Late that night I had time to listen to the voicemail that their salesman Ty had left. It was very rude, he had a piss poor attitude, along with stating "I hope I didn't waste my time washing the car you were scheduled to come see". After listening to his demeanor over the voicemail I chose to not reschedule and purchased a vehicle at a more reputable dealership. Read the reviews first!

My experience was top shelf! I had read some questionable reviews about people driving from far away. That was not even a problem. I asked Anna she gave me an option to ensure the vehicle was there when I arrived. Very reasonable the vehicle was there 3 days later when I arrived. She was straight up about a couple of cosmetic items with the truck Prior to me taking the trip. All else no problems no hassles, just a smooth experience. A grand customer oriented dealer. Anna & Christian helped make my purchase smooth and well worth the almost 4 hour drive to get there! Even though it is a bit of a drive to get there. Should I be in the market for another vehicle this will be the 1st place I call.

My experience was great thanks to khalib he was fantastic at getting a car ready and let me drive it plus I plan on buying that car I already have insurance for it within the month. All because of Kaleb
