Inquired with the dealership about availability of a vehicle. I ended up in a text message thread with a likely AI Agent named “Olivia” who assured me the car was still available numerous times. Eventually, after a few days, a real agent called me to apologize and say the car was unavailable, before proceeding to email me the same listing for the unavailable car. I am guessing a lot of this is automated, including the real agent’s final email to me. AI agents can be helpful and will likely improve but they are not a replacement for customer service, especially due to their tendency to be sycophantic and tell the user whatever he or she wants to hear, regardless of the truth. I do not know how well this dealership treats customers who inquire in person or over the phone. My experience with them is solely through the technology they have implemented to deal with Internet customers. They may be a perfectly competent dealership in person, but this experience was a huge turn off.

The dealer responded almost immediately to my request for information. They were informative and knowledgeable about the product, but unfortunately, I did not go to their shop. I would recommend them to friends.

car i was interested in, was being advertised for 24000 something, I made contact, next day price was 25800, went to look at and was told not available yet, then next morning it was listed for 27800, 3 days later car still wasn't available, most likely will never do business with this dealer ever again
