Worst car buying experience ever, so many red flags. Went in to make a deal but I had to wait a few days for the title to come in, which was fine since it’s not the dealers fault. I put a deposit down to hold it. That day we made negotiations and I was promised a few things that would be completed before the title came in so I don’t have to wait any longer for the car. Once the title came in I made the necessary changes. We set a date to come in. I sent over paperwork and made changes to expedite the process. The day before the appointment I was asked if I can come in that day instead. A hour before coming in I was handed over to another salesperson with out notice or reason. I was then asked to reschedule to the next day. So after re arranging my schedule again I called the next day to come in. When I arrived to close the deal but when inspected the car, the work that was promised was not done. I did not close the deal due to the overall experience and took my business elsewhere.

The fastest deal I’ve ever done! Very professional experience from start to finish. Usually when you go to pick up a car, you’re there all day—but this process was quick and smooth. Gabby was a great salesperson who really knew her stuff about cars, and William was an excellent finance manager who made everything easy to understand. Highly recommend working with this team if you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience!
