Very bad in communication. I have to way almost 2weeks before to get an answer. And they don’t Even answer your message. When you call them, they don’t pickup. It is like they don’t really care if they sale the car or not. I understant now why the car stay at the dealer more than 90 days with nobody to buy it.

I wish you could give something higher than 5 stars. This dealer is incredible! I started my career in car sales over a decade ago and I didn't do as good of a job as Scott and Chris. Their process is fast and pain free. Myself and my brother were most impressed by the way they stock their inventory. Most dealers are just looking for the quickest and easiest margin vehicles to turn around. Chris on the other hand buys cars based on their carfax history report. Only buying cars that he would drive himself that have been properly maintained. In an industry so devoid of trust, Chris and Scott have it in spades.

Not impressed one because of the time it took and then when I was 30 min away of checking out the car and even asked them would they take 8k cash after finally getting a reply they said NO WHEN ASKED WHAT WAS THE LOWEST THEY TAKE THEY CAME BACK AND SAID THE SAME PRICE THAT WAS ONLINE SMH CRAZY NO THANK U AFTER PAYING A 1000 for processing fees taxes etc etc.Ill continue to wait for deal and the car of my dreams a little longer and they they have the nerve to call me and text me to make a deal. It saddens me how greed has taken over people especially when it’s cash! We used to run a car lot business for 10 years we know about the wheeling and deals they are able to do thanks anyway Bonnie

Communication was very well, but he didn’t tell me that the front bumper was swapped out. The car had a few minor little dents and dings in it so I didn’t really worry too much about but the motor was ticking so I didn’t buy the car.. the car wasn’t inspected either so it was ready to buy the same day
