The car is described and pictured online. The sales rep was exceedingly helpful. Daniel was amazing. Very very helpful. I will definitely consider going back to car guru and especially to this dealership for my next car purchase.

This guy, Howard wasted so much of my time. He would reply to my first message and then just stop replying. He kept telling me the car is available so before coming over, I called and was told the car is not available. What I don’t understand is even though the car is not available it does not cease to be advertised everywhere like it is I don’t understand if it’s misleading or click bait situation or they are just lazy- nevertheless frustrating

This dealer was very responsive and followed up well! The dealer had a beautiful car that was sold while I initiated contact. The dealer was prompt and offered 2 other vehicles (both were beautiful). The vehicles (admittedly very pretty) were not the year nor paint color I had preferred. They even offered to source another vehicle. Even though the vehicle I was interested in was sold, I was impressed with the prompt and honest communication.
