Jim Juliani and his team are the best in the business. I would never even think after dealing with Jim Juliani and his team to go anywhere else. I don’t know how some of these one star reviews even exist except from these other sites. I’m a business owner and a huge car lover and buyer. Jim Juliani is at the top of his game and high-end luxury cars and from what I see in cars in general.. I just bought a Bentley Continental literally today from Jim Juliani and I know I could trust Jim Juliani and his team to make sure I’m happy with my purchase. There were no issues with anything as Jim says. He personally buys each and every car himself and gives it a full inspection to make sure there’s no issues. He would not sell you a car he won’t sell a family member. TLDR: deceptive practices, adding fees after agreeing to a price and run arounds This dealer has a listing on cargurus.com for a 2019 BMW X1 for $18,600, which would be a great price. However, the deception starts there, as when you go to their website, it has that as a “finance price”, so the real price with $1,995 down would be $20,599. I made an appointment on Friday and arrived shortly before 11AM. (Note: it’s terrible finding parking, and their lot is full, no parking), I was greeted by Emre who told me the car is not there, and we had to drive to another lot. That pissed me off a bit as isn’t that part of making an appt that the car “is actually there and ready”? Alas. The car was really nice and we completed our test drive. After we got back, I chatted with Emre. I said I was interested but wanted to make sure I could have the car for an independent PPI. That was not possible. I could only have a mechanic come by and look at the car on the lot. I asked about the out the door
