So pleased we drove extra miles to do business at Vitale Family Auto. You can’t put a price tag on sanity and this experience was absolutely a pleasure. We found the vehicle at cargurus. Vitale responded quickly; lots of communication prior to going to the dealership. When we arrived the vehicle was ready; clean and ready for test drive. The advertisement was accurate; mileage etc..There were no hidden charges AMAZING! It’s difficult to find a dealer like Vitale’s. David went above and beyond to assist my niece with the purchase, although her credit was rocky. It was a pleasure doing business with Vitale Family Auto. In the future we will be doing business with Vitale and referring friends and family.

Our experience at Melkonian Subaru in North Reading, MA was simply tremendous. Bottomline: we will 100% do business with them when we purchase our next vehicle in the future. They were knowledgeable, timely, kind, and extremely professional. What we liked most was their “no pressure” approach. They did not try and upsell us. That waws what made the difference. The salesman, Batu (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was very accommodating and helpful, he gave our toddler some sticky notes to play with and some snacks. No hesitation when I asked questions about the car and he even let me put the car on their lift to check out the undercarriage. He also recommended a great Turkish market for dinner afterwards and that was also amazing. Very satisfied with our experience
