After I completed the application and got approved, they sold the truck without even informing me. It honestly feels like they only ran my credit and then tried to push me into a 2019 truck with high mileage that isn’t even certified. The whole situation has been very unprofessional and misleading. I’m very disappointed with the way this was handled — there was no transparency or proper communication at all.

Car was great, the owner was great and very helpful ,couldn’t make the deal happen because of the type loan process I went through with my bank. But the experience was a 10 out of 10

The sales person was terrible no knowledge and could not explain anything. Was fully ready do make purchase until sales person told me that the banks did not like my deal. No explanation or effort at all. Went to other dealer in Ocala and approved with no problem just don’t like color of vehicle. The sales person would go days without calling me or communicating at all. I have never seen a dealership treat a customer that way.
