This dealership advertised a price on a vehicle. I expressed interest and needed an invoice or purchase order for financing. The person refused and only told me the payments on the msrp of the vehicle not near the advertised price. They then stopped communicating. Purchased a different vehicle as a result.

Battery was dead on the truck even though I had a scheduled appointment with the dealer. There were issues with the truck that the dealer played off as no big deal although I stressed with them I wanted everything fixed before I took it home. They decided to push me anyway with the sales managers bad tactics even offering to take $10,000 off the price of I just took it home that night. He wouldn't put it in writing so I left. Very pushy sales tactics and they don't care if you're happy with what you're taking home as long as they sell a vehicle. I warned them that I wasn't a fool but they decided to test me anyway. Won't be back.
