If I could give this zero stars I would. The lady who contacted me was just plain rude. We didnt even get to talk about the car. She heard my 1 year old son making baby noises in the background in the first 30 seconds of the call, and had strait attitude. The only thing she said to me in our 50s phone conversation was "If youre just going to make noises in the phone you should have put yourself on the do not call list, or you shouldn't have answered the phone. This was my first experience with online car buying, and I will not be trying it again.
