There were multiple conversations to make a down payment. Due to the fact I was out of state, we agreed I would sent a cashiers check overnight. I realized I did not have any paperwork and the following day I left 3 texts on different numbers and 4 voicemails with a return call 5 hours later as I am leaving for dinner. We agreed to finalize the next day. I received a txt the next morning. The car was sold the previous evening!

I did end up buying this car. But they mislead me about whether the car was stock or not, mislead me about the interest rate, mislead me about a warranty which I did end up getting but really paid for. Now again I did buy it because the overall condition of the vehicle, the warranty and the price but was definitely mislead almost every step of the way.
