Where do I start? Dishonesty, price gouging, thieves with no integrity whatsoever. At the last moment, they sent me a Buyer's Order with over $3,400 in previously undisclosed dealer profit that turned a relatively reasonable advertised fair price into a Hell no for me. I have no problem with anyone in Business for profit to make the money they need to stay in business and prosper. The problem most of us have is the deceitful and underhanded manner in which there is no transparency used as a business model to prey on those who become deceived as a result. The one bright spot was the Salesman I was working with. This young man was outstanding. Talk about integrity, pride, personality, and competency. He had all those traits and more. I discovered shortly after that, when he requested a Buyer's Order for me from Ownership or Management, only to see these outrageous fees attached to it, he did what he had to do to preserve his integrity. He quit. I'm proud of him.

Highly recommend Patricia Stapleton at Dartmouth Nissan. After visiting a couple of other dealerships, Patricia was the first Sales Consultant who genuinely asked what I was looking for in a car and how I planned to use it. I test drove a few vehicles with her, and after hearing my feedback, she followed up that evening with additional listings that matched my criteria. I came back to test drive two more vehicles with her—one of which turned out to be the one! Patricia has a deep knowledge of the entire Nissan lineup but was also helpful in discussing other makes and models. She made the experience low-stress and I’d recommend her to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle.
