Sales person Don was 11/10 amazing, car has many issues with paint that were not disclosed, car also has dirt on inside door handle which should have been fixed, unable to buy car due to damahe with paint

Very poor experience I asked for an appointment to view the vehicle, It took a week to get an appointment. Then on the day of the appointment, I was sent a message that the appointment was canceled. The seller had changed their mind. I found that to be suspiciously Awkward

My experience at LA City Cars was not the best. I drove down to see the car, but it wasn't available to be driven or checked out. When I got some numbers to buy the car, it was much higher than it was initially supposed to be. We ended up shopping somewhere else.

Very good communication from seller to buyer.

General manger (Mr. Assad) was rude at the end of the conversation over the phone. Very little transparency in the pricing. Instead of a clear breakdown of the total cost, the conversation kept shifting to monthly payments. This is why I usually won’t visit a dealership until all numbers are clearly provided upfront.

Where are you can say I spent from 12:30 pm -6 but as soon as I pulled into the lot, they had the trunk setting up front with the doors open, waiting on me, we jumped right in, took it for a spin. And when we got on the straight away, he told me to mash the gas, then we came back, do the financing. And while we was doing the financing , they took it to the detail shop in clean it but when no one else can get you finance they sure can also , they'll work with you on your down payment they are great and wonderful people i will be going back there in five years

DON’T buy used here. New or CPO may be different, but I should have read the other reviews before I went in there. They are looking to move used stock without disclosing known safety issues (there is no way they didn’t know a giant neon green screen would pop up when you put the car in reverse). They kept pulling my credit after I had rescinded my permission for them to do so, in writing. They kept shopping around for other lenders after I explicitly told them I would not finance with anyone else and would prefer to unwind the deal. Without notifying me, and while telling me that they were working with my credit union, they funded the loan through a different bank. They lied and stalled to get their money by whatever means. There are hundreds of other actually ethical dealers; save yourself and stay away!

Very polite and transparent. My only issue and why I was unable to make the transaction was due to my poor credit and lack of time at time at my job. I had communicated all of that at the beginning and even filled out the credit application online, I was very transparent. With the fact I had poor credit would likely not get financed and they acted like it wouldn’t be an issue. Then when I went over there which was 80 miles from my home just to find out oh yeah poor credit sorry the bank wouldn’t take you. I mean I understand that’s not their fault but maybe when they put credit apps online it would be helpful if someone can make me do it over the phone and see if the person’s even eligible before they go all out of their way phone with a car and then can’t buy it but they were very polite. Nice on the nice cars there I would recommend them otherwise.

The salesman lied and said it was a sport back when it clearly wasn't, and then they low balled me on my civic, and then they ran my credit a bunch of times only to offer my 10% interest when the salesman said he could maybe get it down from 8%. Salesman also kept answering his phone and left to help another customer.
