Terrible place. The price isn't the same as what's listed on CarGurus; they quote you a much higher figure than the actual rate. Don't go there—the service is awful. They try to tack on various extra charges to the price, driving the cost up significantly. A truly terrible experience.

Nothing was available, comunicación was the worse. They called me in to test drive the car but when I got to the dealer the car was somewhere else, they called again to check the same car and when I got there the sales person told me that the car was sold. Also they send automated texts that are useless because that dont give you any information and they never call back.

I recently visited Beck Chevrolet to purchase a Chevy Trax. While the car itself was clean, the buying experience quickly became a headache. As a mother of three, I realized almost immediately after taking it home that the Trax was far too small for a family—it's much better suited for a single person or a couple.The real issue, however, was the finance office. I was pressured into nearly $4,000 worth of "Zurich" warranties and protection plans that were added to my loan without a clear explanation of how much they would hike my monthly payments. When I stood my ground to remove these unnecessary fees, the staff became unprofessional and difficult to work with.
