We were notified the car was gone so we canceled our 2.5hr trip to go there. A salesman called and said he had two others that were he same and I asked mileage and he said one had less and the other had 3,000 more. So we drove the 2.5hrs and he said well it actually had 60,000 more miles and the “other” was not there but he didn’t call us because he wanted us to see the other one with 60,000 more miles that was even more expensive than the original we wanted to see and in a lower trim package. Then he didn’t want to spend any time with us once he found out I was not wanting a high mileage car and apologized for having us come down. His original excuse for not calling was that he still wanted us to see and drive the high mileage one and so we would buy the “one that was out with low mileage” when it came back. Seems it didn’t exist and he thought he was going to just get me to buy the high mileage car he had.

Great place to buy a vehicle.

I text the sales manager and asked him for pictures of the car. They were never sent. Instead they sent me pictures of different car. That is an unacceptable practice. I got turned off by that action and decided not to pursue their car. Horrible service.

Even thou I didn't purchase the vehicle I looked at I felt all the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. they answered all my questions with knowledgeable answers. If another vehicle that interest me becomes available I would definitely go back Greg K

they were nice and helpful and i think we spent about an hour and a half total there.

Unfortunately the used tundra had just sold. Dealer knew I was on my way and hooked me up with a new 2026.
