I experienced poor service from Derrick, a sales representative at Honda in Soquel. He was dismissive, focusing solely on completing a sale, and when it became apparent that a sale wouldn't occur, he promptly terminated our interaction. Consequently, I will not revisit this dealership or recommend it to others.

Overall great help

Was not able to make it to the dealership but will go by this weekend. I am leaning more to a 2022 model but want to see there option with my own eyes. So far the team at the dealership has been great.

Talked to Erica multiple times via email over many days. Could not get an answer to my question or a photo of what would answer my question. Called in, spoke to someone just after closing who was also supposed to get me the same information. Nobody ever got it to me. I can’t fault them on responding to messages, but, the actual follow thru is almost non existent. Who takes more than a day to answer a question about a vehicle on the lot? It’s been 5 days. I live 2 hours away or I would drive down there and look myself!
