This was the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle without physically seeing or driving it. The sales representative, Quintin, was very helpful and made me comfortable throughout the transaction. If it were not for him, it's possible I would not have purchased the vehicle. Quintin was able to send me clear videos with him driving the vehicle and didn't try to hide any cosmetic damages that existed. The whole process went pretty smooth. The only issue I had was with the financing. I was promised one rate, but at the end, the rate went up slightly, but I didn't notice the change until after I signed off on everything. Fortunately, the rate change was very minimal. The dealer was able to arrange shipping from Ohio to Georgia, and it went off without a hitch once the deal was made. I'm feeling very lucky to have found the vehicle I wanted. The dealership as a whole was easy to work with.

The customer service rep contacted me and offered to take more pictures or a walk around video of the car. I requested a video of the exhaust pipe when the car was started cold. She said they probably wouldn't go to that extreme. I replied that it would be extreme for me to drive 4 hours to look at the car given her attitude.

Our salesman was great, I would most definitely buy another vehicle from him, but not from Taylor KIA of Lima. They sold us a certified Sportage that was never serviced. Which cost me $200 to have it serviced at another establishment. Plus, the description of the vehicle said it has remote start. Which it does, the only problem is it has a generic key fob without the start on it. That cost me an additional $300+ to buy and have programed. Like I said, our salesman was a top notch guy, who went beyond expected to help us out. But the management wasn't willing to help us out. We love the car, just not how we were treated after.
