The salesman was friendly and tried to be helpful. When dealing with the finance manager, he was rude and condescending. He tried to change the msrp hoping we wouldn't notice. These are the type of dishonest practices that give car dealerships a bad name.

Wouldn't answer any of my questions through email would only offer a number to call.

Subaru of Gainesville contacted me within a day of my inquiry. I didn’t buy due to the listing inaccuracy. I am looking for a Manual Transmission, and the one listed stated manual, but it is an auto (CVT), and there were no pictures to verify. The Staff at the dealership have been forthright, professional, and courteous.

I was interested in a 2025 Mercedes Benz AMG S63 they had. My online inquiry was answered promptly and I spoke with Sheldon Campbell one of their sales consultants. Sheldon was pleasant to deal with and understood my needs. He got his Sales Manager Vincent Helms involved. Vincent sent me 2 proposals and said they were his best offer ( with and without extended warranty) In the end we were too far away in the out of pocket cost to me with my trade. I appreciated their honesty and giving me their best deal up front. Seemed to me from my short interaction they were people you could do business with. I will mention that their doc fees, filing fees were among the highest I've seen, adding almost $2000 of additional dealer profit. Make sure you negotiate that out of your price.
