The guys were great. Scottie was very responsive and as I was driving about an hour away, I hit traffic. I let him know I would be getting there half an hour before closing and he stayed late to show me the car. All of the vehicles looked great. After a quick and fair negotiation, I bought the truck and couldn’t be happier.

The response and the customer service were both wonderful. They understood my wants and needs and were helpful in offering those. I have not made a decision at this point, but had a great experience at the dealership.

I requested the sales agent to sell me TEAL color IONIQ 5 car but they gave me GREY color car. Which is not a very impressive color and interior is also not great color. I am totally disappointed. Thanks a lot to John Hunter, salesman

Communication in house is terrible. I drove from Chapel Hill for them to tell me it's not available, WHILE STILL SHOWING AVAILABLE. Jose confirmed that it's there before I drove out

My sales associate Caleb did his best under the circumstances. However I was very disappointed with my experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment at 4:30 PM and arrived on time. Despite having an appointment, the process did not begin until 5:22 PM, and I did not leave the dealership until 9:38 PM after they closed. While I understand dealerships can get busy, my time is very valuable! I came prepared with a pre-approved bank financing letter (BOA) for $37,000, which should have helped streamline the process. Instead, I spent hours waiting and dealing with paperwork issues. I was also, repeatedly presented with additional warranty and protection packages that I clearly stated I did not want. After declining those products, it felt as though my business was no longer a priority! I've had this same scenario at another dealership (appt., preapproval) and it took less than 2 hours to complete everything. Do better!

My experience at Oldham was wonderful. Scott was the best. Had some bumps in the road but he walked me through them all. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Would definitely recommend Oldham Motors Wake Forest…

Advertised a 2015 Kia Soul at $3,988. I came in as a cash buyer around $4,000 out the door. The salesman offered to "knock off $1,000." I assumed he meant $100, since a grand off a sub-$4,000 car was never realistic, and sure enough the price only moved to $3,900, about $88. Then a mandatory $998 "pre-installed" protection package and an $899 doc fee pushed the out-the-door quote to about $5,100. Actual NC title and tax on a $3,900 car is roughly $200, so nearly all of that gap is dealer add-ons and fees. Their own listing slide advertises "Up Front Pricing" on the same image that discloses the $998 package not included in the price. I confirmed the numbers by phone. Get the itemized out-the-door figure in writing before you visit.

Todd was very polite and respectful.. great customer service.. answered all my questions with positive answers and he helped me get financing even with a low established credit score. Definitely will be getting my next vehicle here in the future..5 star rating out of 5 ..
