Had a few different pre-approvals with different lenders, however another dealer I initially contacted through CarGurus came back with a payment nearly double and an interest rate 10% higher than any of my pre-approvals. Found the same model car at Courtesy Volvo with less miles, better condition, and got the same price, interest rate and payment as my approvals. No nonsense, no BS. VERY happy with my experience with Brandon at Courtesy Volvo!

Lack of Transparency - Would Not Recommend ⭐ (1 star) I inquired about a 2022 Lexus as an out-of-state buyer. After multiple conversations with Darius and the manager, I discovered the “internet price” wasn’t the actual price. They wanted to charged me Georgia sales tax and I live in another state. $999 in dealer fees was excessively high. They refused to provide a clear breakdown of the out-the-door price - I waited for 5 days. I had a mechanic inspect the car and had to ask repeatedly about a check engine light issue, no one knew why??? Finally, threw out a battery issue. The lack of transparency created trust issues, and I ultimately walked away from the deal. If you value honest communication and clear pricing, look elsewhere.
