Talked them down to a price that worked for both of us and bought it. Car was immaculate 26000 miles and not a mark on it inside or outside. Car is like brand new. I was displeased with my time here. The staff member responsible for showing me the vehicle was not knowledgeable about the vehicle at all, albeit I was at a Volvo dealership. Unfortunately, the car that I wanted to trade-in for credit towards the Santa Fe was extremely undervalued. Even though they knew I came from far (they saw my drivers license), I wasted my time, just for them to call me back multiple times the next day wanting to reach the deal that could have been done that same day

Multi-point inspection the dealer states is performed on all vehicles prior to being made available for sale was not done on this vehicle even though it was for sale and I was allowed to test drive it. I was not told until after the test drive that it had not been inspected. Also, after the test drive the sales person stated that the dealer did not yet have the title for the vehicle. I wish I had known these things before I wasted time going to the dealership.
