I just wanted to buy the car. I told the salesperson what I could pay, and the sales manager got back to me later with the same info that was on the website, adding just the cost for tax and delivery. Was still going to look further into it as out of state buyer and have someone go look at it who is an hour and a half away. Then Iooked at dealer reviews. They only show cars by appt..crazy. and have been known after making a deal to change the price after buyer arrives. I liked the car, but not enough to risk the aggravation.

Abysmal. They assured me they were experienced in working with remote buyers (I am out of state). While I did get a good price, any financial savings were MORE than offset by four weeks of inefficiencies, frustrations, and extremely poor communications. I’ve spoken with several individuals from the dealership about these issues and concerns but zero action was taken and no indication of concern given for how poorly this experience has gone. Would give zero stars if I could.
