Overall, I had a great experience with no pressure throughout the buying process. The staff explained that they couldn't lower the online price because the vehicle was already priced competitively to sell, and I appreciated their transparency. The only thing I didn't like was the way the pricing was presented on the paperwork. It listed the original new vehicle MSRP, making it appear as though I was receiving a $27,000 discount. Since this is a used vehicle, that comparison isn't really meaningful. I think it would be more accurate and transparent to simply show the actual sale price and any discounts or savings being offered on the used vehicle itself.

Horrible Experience. Salesman lied & said vehicle had an opening sunroof. It did not. It was a fixed panel of glass. I had 4 different people from Patrick texting me and calling me. This is an extremely dysfunctional deceitful dealership. The Dawson Family should be ashamed at the lack of integrity at their place of business. I asked for a manager & was told he was in a meeting but would get to me in about 15 minutes. No problem. I waited 47 minutes & no manager ever spoke to me. Sales people I asked told me there was not a manager present in the dealership. There are several more negative issues I experienced with Patrick Cadillac. My advice: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS RUN INTO THE GROUND PLACE.
