Great experience here. Estephanie was great, helpful and knowledgeable as well as her manager. I think this is a great car just not the one for me at this time - even better that with purchase you get to benefit from the rust warranty if it’s purchased within roughly the next few months. I’d recommend this dealership and car if anyone is interested in a manual Volkswagen.

Poor pre-appointment communication at best. Dead battery, 2 large cracks in windshield and panoramic moon roof not functional--a $10k cost. Went with another vehicle. SHOULD have known all of this info up front.
