I found a ride an hour and a half to the Raleigh location brought my money and last 3 check stubs like requested of me yet once I arrived and gave them what they asked for I was turned away because I’m a contractor but I’ve been with my job 2 years now horrible communication and experience!!!!!!

This dealership marks up used cars and then advertises a “no haggle price” as there best price and doesn’t negotiate. Don’t waste your time here. They’re just trying to pull money from people selling mediocre used vehicles.

The single star is for the associates who informed me the starter had issues, the vehicle had gone to auction, and Miriam who routed me to sales after I angered the Internet sales person enough for her to: clear my profile despite me still wanting to view this vehicle and one at a sister dealership, routed my calls to dead ends or hung up on me. She was upset that I corrected her about the locations of the vans. Brittany, I hope you have a better day!
