I arrived to the Northtowne dealership and I did not get help right away and was not even offered a drink once I was waiting in the lobby knowing that it was very HOT outside. I would have bought the vehicle there because that is exactly what I wanted but I did not want to be around a whole bunch of non-caring individuals if I ever have to take my vehicle to get it serviced. I ended up going to another Volkswagen dealer. There they provided great service as soon as I stepped foot in and was offered a water bottle and the process to test drive the ID Buzz was a lot simpler. Also, their service department was very clean and people actually cared and asked if I needed anything. So, I ended up purchasing the ID Buzz even though that was not the one I really wanted but if I have to deal with people for years, then I want to make sure they care about my vehicle as much as I do.
