Fox Valley knew how far we drove to be there, and was very helpful and informative and had the truck ready for viewing and test drive. Our salesman Andrew was very nice and had the Carfax and maintenance records already printed out. They were very transparent about the truck. We were very happy with our experience at Fox Valley. We hope other people have had the same treatment.

Out of touch, overpriced unreasonable, not a pleasure to deal with the marketed vehicle is 8 to 10 grand over there similar vehicle sales in the last four months

I’m 45 years old, I can honestly say I’ve never had a WORSE experience than buying a car here. I called the day before because I was traveling a far distance and explained that to Jack the salesman, he proceeded to give no care so when I show up the next morning I find out the car isn’t even prepared, they haven’t even serviced it/ gone through it .After waiting 2 hours I finally get drive a filthy car with bald tires. Then come to find out, they already accepted money down on a car but they did zero intake or paperwork on it. They dropped the price because of horrible and unsafe tires or I could get the crappiest tires they have put on. I won’t lie, I bought the vehicle, in the end, I’m a mechanic, I did my checks of it, they lowered the prices but sold it to me on empty so I had to scramble to find a gas station with only a few miles gas in the tank. I DON’T RECOMMEND BUYING HERE. They are an awful company. I’ve bought 12 vehicles in my life. They are by far the worst of the 12.

Great overall experience.

I saw from a website this vehicle was available. I was highly interested in the vehicle so I went ahead and made a progressive step by submitting an application. I called them a day before I showed up in person. I was told by a finance person that I had gotten an approval. I mentioned that vehicle and they told me I would be able to put zero down explaining my entire situation upon arriving to the dealership, the vehicle was there as the man stated the day before. I test drove the car and I loved the car and was very interested. I said at the sales person’s desk and waited, feeling excited about actually finding something I liked that was newer with a cheaper price and low miles just to be swindled into another deal with an older car more miles and more expensive I was told there was a woman driving from six hours away, who already finalized on the car which wasn’t fair because I was told the vehicle was available and they even allowed me to drive it around.

Not a good experience. First salesman only wanted to knock off $900 on a 2020 used Mazda CX base model with body defects on it. Vehicle was overpriced and wouldn’t budge more so there really was negotiating with them. My credit is 760 so it’s not bad and I had a 10% down. Only wanted to know what I wanted for my monthly payment ask was so that they could whatever add one they could to stretch out my loan and take the most I had for a down payment rather than talk about reducing the out the door price. Didn’t even ask us if we were interested in any other similar models in the same price range. It’s like they don’t know how to ask questions to see if there are other options to provide the customer. Very silo mentality. In the end bought a car at the BMW sister lot. Those guys are total professionals.
