I purchased the vehicle online. Everything went reasonably smooth. Problem is I haven’t received the vehicle yet. Apparently they haven’t received the payment from the finance company yet which is holding up the delivery.

Buyers beware, this dealership has $1298 fee for the store, and another 1300 in fees to some stuff not required to register a car. They advertise the low price to make it look like it's a good deal, but when you get the numbers, it's all those extra stuff they tack on. This is what gets people stuck in bad situations with their car and financing. Luckily I'm experienced enough to know a bad deal and not sign paperwork or agree to numbers blindly, but for others they may get caught up and pay stuff they should not have had to pay. Be careful with this dealership.

I contacted the dealer about a vehicle that had been on their lot for a while. Got an immediate response with some videos (great!), but then they went quiet for a couple days. Then came back and said "we accept your offer but we have to do this TODAY." Ok, so far. I had some followup questions about taxes and logistics that were communicated by email even though I requested a phone call. Then all of a sudden there was another buyer in the mix -- "and he is paying more than you, so I think they're going to sell it to them." Then about 20min later, "they sold it to the other guy." Really disappointing experience. I thought we had a deal -- I live in TX and they were trying to charge me Florida taxes and I needed to arrange for shipping. Simple questions/logistics that should have been easily handled. 3 days later, car is still showing up on website and CarGurus app. The sales guy I was working with said "the other guy just put a deposit." Lame.
