The single star is for the associates who informed me the starter had issues, the vehicle had gone to auction, and Miriam who routed me to sales after I angered the Internet sales person enough for her to: clear my profile despite me still wanting to view this vehicle and one at a sister dealership, routed my calls to dead ends or hung up on me.
